How it works
- Apply below. Name, contact, cuisine, a little about the truck.
- Email the details. Truck dimensions, photos and a menu to foodtrucks@porkysbackyard.com.
- We'll be in touch. If there's a fit for the current roster we'll talk dates, hookups and the house rules.
Health permit, TABC-friendly setup and a power plan are required. We'll walk through it on the call.
